It\u2019s a great opportunity for keeping up-to-date with the latest research in certain fields of literary studies, not to mention it allows me to apply knowledge in more theoretical ways.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>So I quite enjoyed the opportunity to again join the scientific committee of <a href=\"https:\/\/ojs.letras.up.pt\/index.php\/VP\/index\">Via Panoramica<\/a>. An <a href=\"https:\/\/ojs.letras.up.pt\/index.php\/VP\/about\">open access electronic journal<\/a> published by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetaps.com\/\">CETAPS<\/a>, it aims to provide an encompassing view of numerous themes within the field of Anglo-American studies.<\/p>\n<p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/ojs.letras.up.pt\/index.php\/VP\/issue\/view\/914\">2024 summer issue<\/a> also proved extra special: Celebrating Ursula K. Le Guin and the 50th anniversary of <em>The Dispossessed<\/em>, in addition to contributions by young as well as senior researchers, it has a section featuring personal testimonials about Le Guin\u2019s influence in the work of various Portuguese writers and professors. For me?
